This in-person masterclass is a one-of-a-kind creative experience, where you’ll learn how to sculpt a stunning wafer paper Blue Jay bird from scratch. Led by Nadia of Chokolate Designs, the class focuses on 3D hollow form techniques, structural lightweight design, and fine detail work, including sculpted berries and foliage elements.
You’ll walk away with a truly unique showpiece—and the skills to apply these methods across your own edible art.

Absolutely! This class is designed for both beginners and experienced decorators. Nadia will walk you through every step, from forming your base structure to adding delicate final details.
Even if you’ve never worked with wafer paper before, you’ll leave with a finished Koï and the knowledge to recreate it on your own.
The masterclass runs for approximately 8-9hours daily, including breaks. You’ll be notified of the exact start and end times in your confirmation email.
